As a Technical Authority Expert, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the efficiency of our system operations. You will be responsible for lifecycle activities, technical troubleshooting, problem management, and ensuring seamless integration for our platform.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all phases of the system lifecycle, including installation, upgrades, integration, and maintenance.
  • Continuously improve efficiency, automation, and excellence in service delivery.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers and resolve them effectively.
  • Manage problem management activities and collaborate with other delivery organizations to ensure efficient performance.
  • Coordinate and report on problem management statuses to customers as part of the governance model.
  • Actively respond to customer requests per agreed SLAs and negotiate penalties in case of non-acceptance.
  • Coordinate integration and configuration changes during approved change windows.
  • Monitor preventive maintenance plans and ensure alignment with customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Software Engineering or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations with strong Linux/Unix knowledge.
  • Expertise in scripting languages such as Python and tools like Ansible.
  • Hands-on experience with container technologies (e.g., Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Kubernetes certifications (CKA and CKAD) are a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of Oracle databases, Prometheus, OpenSearch, and Grafana is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes (problem, event, incident, change, and knowledge management).
  • Background in M-Commerce, online banking, or IT for financial services is preferred.
  • A passion for innovation, adaptability, and problem-solving.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
