eSpark Consulting Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesperson with a strong background in embedded electronics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of embedded electronic systems. This role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing technical expertise to support sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for embedded electronics products.
- Identify and engage potential clients, establishing strong relationships and understanding their specific needs.
- Provide technical expertise to clients, demonstrating a thorough understanding of embedded electronics and their applications.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products and expand the client base.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge of embedded electronics, including microcontrollers, sensors, embedded systems and IoT.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proven track record on platforms like Upwork, PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising, and Bark.
- Utilize Bark to identify and engage with potential clients, building strong relationships.
- Experience with international sales and ability to conduct effective international calls.
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies for embedded electronics products.
- Familiarity with the latest trends and advancements in embedded electronics technology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
Experience: 0 – 1 year of experience.
