GAO Tek is looking for a Tech Support Executive to assist in product research, content optimization, and technical documentation. The role requires guiding interns, supervising content creation, managing website updates, and ensuring seamless technical support for sales staff. If you have a passion for technology, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work in EDT/EST time zones, this role is a great fit for you!


Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Guide interns in sourcing & evaluating tech products.
📄 Supervise creation & editing of user manuals and product videos.
🔍 Optimize website content using proper SEO keywords.
📑 Prepare & review technical documents and presentations.
📚 Manage & update the knowledge base with relevant information.
🌐 Ensure timely updates & uploads of products on the website.
🛒 Conduct product research to assist sales staff with customer queries.


Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Automatic Control.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
Strong interest in technology and product research.
✅ Must have a personal laptop/PC with a good internet connection.
✅ Flexibility to work in EDT/EST time zone (5:00 AM - 2:00 PM EDT/EST).
