Job Responsibilities and Skills:

·        Defining and implementing process of benefits Verification and Prior Authorization

• Prior Authorization experience for medicine, medication and appeal for rejection
• Attending calls from patients regarding medications, authorization etc
• Referral Coordination
• Good experience on Credentialing and Eligibility
• Managing multiple referral loop processes for a large patient panel.
• Record-Keeping/medical record requests.
• Liaise between medical departments with professionalism
• Conveying messages from patients to providers
• Hands on experience to use ECW 12th Version
• Familiar with Availity Portal

Requirements:

• 4to5 years Professional experience to work in a Medical Billing company.
• Atleast 2 years experience to work as a Team Lead
• English proficiency required (Listening and Speaking).
• Highly attentive to detail, organized, efficient, and able to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
