Team Lead Maintenance

Description:

The ideal candidate must have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience and strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical operations and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
a) Supervise and oversee daily installations and execution of MEP systems.
b) Manage smooth operation and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC and plumbing systems.
c) Maintain detailed work progress records and reports.
d) Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
