Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Team Lead - Graphic Design to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead a group of talented Pitch Deck & Presentation designers, overseeing the creation of visually compelling and impactful presentations that effectively communicate ideas and data. The Team Lead will ensure that all designs align with our brand guidelines, meet client expectations, and are delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of presentation designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Assign tasks, set goals, and monitor the team's performance to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of presentations.
- Provide constructive feedback and conduct regular performance evaluations to support professional growth.
Design & Creativity:
- Create visually appealing and persuasive presentations using various design tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Translate complex data and ideas into clear, concise, and visually engaging slides.
- Ensure all presentations are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of design quality.
Project Management:
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other teams to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Manage resources effectively, ensuring the team has the tools and support needed to complete their work.
Quality Assurance:
- Review and approve all presentations before delivery to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the project brief.
- Implement and maintain design standards and best practices across the team.
Client Interaction:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns or feedback.
- Present ideas and concepts to clients, confidently communicating design decisions and rationale.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 2+ years as a Team Lead/Manager, with a strong command in team & work management.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role & account management is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Canva).
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, layout, and typography.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
