We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to lead our technology team and drive the company's technological vision, strategies, and development. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills, a mastery of .NET technology, proficiency in Flutter development, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects and teams.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of the company's technology strategy in alignment with its business goals.
- Oversee all aspects of the company's technology development, including software and hardware systems.
- Manage and mentor a team of technology professionals, providing guidance, support, and leadership.
- Ensure that all technology solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for technological innovation and improvement.
- Interact with clients to understand their technological needs and provide solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
- Prepare and present reports to the management team on the status of technology projects and initiatives.
Required Skill Set:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior technology leadership role.
- Excellent communication and English language skills, both verbal and written.
- Expertise in .NET technology and proficiency in Flutter development.
- Proven track record of managing projects and teams, delivering results on time and within budget.
