As the Team Lead for Outreach, you will play a crucial role in driving inbound leads and increasing brand awareness. Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO Off-Site strategies to build backlinks and increase brand awareness.
• Lead a team of outreach specialists, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure team success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, SEO specialists, and sales teams, to align outreach efforts with overall marketing objectives.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize outreach campaigns.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adjust outreach strategies accordingly.
• Foster relationships with influencers, partners, and other key stakeholders to expand outreach opportunities.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on outreach campaign performance and key metrics.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of proven experience in SEO, especially outreach, with a track record of success in driving results.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward common goals.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems.
• Creativity and strategic thinking to develop innovative outreach campaigns.
