Team Lead

 

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Lead - Online Sales and telemarketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills in English, boundless energy, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. The Team Lead will be responsible for driving online sales performance and ensuring the achievement of targets, with a specific focus on tele sales and marketing strategies.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Sales Leadership:

  • Lead and manage a team of online e – commerce and tele sales representatives, to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Generate sales leads and create pipelines as well as help closing sales and achieving team targets.
  • Actively achieve his/her own sales targets and lead by example.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, with a particular emphasis on tele sales, to drive online revenue growth.
  • Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members, fostering expertise in both online and tele sales techniques.
  • Strive to achieve customer delight by providing excellent customer experience.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor individual and team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary measures, including those specific to tele sales.
  • Utilize data analytics to track key performance indicators, providing insights to optimize both online and tele sales processes.

Communication Skills:

  • Communicate effectively with team members, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment, including those engaged in tele sales.
  • Interface with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination, especially between online and tele sales teams.

Weekly Reporting:

  • Generate and submit comprehensive weekly progress reports detailing team and individual achievements, challenges, and action plans for improvement, covering both online and tele sales.
  • Analyze sales data and trends, providing insights for continuous improvement in both online and tele sales strategies.

Customer Focus:

  • Foster strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process, whether conducted online or through tele sales.

 

Qualifications:

  • Relevant education in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, IT or any related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in online sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, including tele sales expertise.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and inspire a team engaged in both online and tele sales.
  • Energetic, dynamic, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
