We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Lead - Online Sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills in English, boundless energy, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. The Team Lead will be responsible for driving online sales performance and ensuring the achievement of targets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of online sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive online revenue growth.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members.
- Monitor individual and team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary measures.
- Utilize data analytics to track key performance indicators and provide insights to optimize the sales process.
- Communicate effectively with team members, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Interface with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Generate and submit comprehensive weekly progress reports detailing team and individual achievements, challenges, and action plans for improvement.

- Foster strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with customer support to address and resolve customer concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in online sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
