Description:
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Talent and People Operations Intern at UnitFactor in Lahore. The intern will play a key role in supporting HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks, while gaining valuable hands-on experience in human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment tasks such as sourcing, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Communicate with candidates, ensuring smooth and timely updates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the company’s tracking systems (e.g., Google Sheets, Trello, or ATS).
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs, providing logistical and administrative support.
- Research market trends and best practices to enhance recruitment and HR processes.
- Support general HR administration, including managing employee records and filing systems.
- Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the HR team.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Human Resources (HR) functions and management practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and work well in a team.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment, employee benefits administration, and HR policies.
- Experience with HR tools and platforms (e.g., ATS) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- A proactive attitude and passion for learning new HR skills.
