Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and sourcing top-tier talent for the organization. This position involves working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to ensure efficient talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing requirements.
  • Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage the applicant tracking system with accuracy.
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports to hiring managers.
  • Attend job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
  • Ensure full compliance with company hiring policies and procedures.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably within the BPO industry.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and market trends.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
