Description:

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in recruitment, a passion for identifying top talent, and the ability to manage HR administrative tasks efficiently.

Requirements:
 

  • You must have a stable and fast internet connection, office equipment (laptop), and a dedicated workstation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (at least one year) as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices, including proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices, with the willingness to learn and grow in this area.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

     

Responsibilities:
 

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and effectively align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
  • Coordinate and conduct job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other outreach activities to attract diverse candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Assist with basic HR operations tasks, including but not limited to employee onboarding, off-boarding, file management, and HRIS data entry.
