Requirements:
- You must have a stable and fast internet connection, office equipment (laptop), and a dedicated workstation.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (at least one year) as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices, including proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices, with the willingness to learn and grow in this area.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and effectively align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
- Coordinate and conduct job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other outreach activities to attract diverse candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Assist with basic HR operations tasks, including but not limited to employee onboarding, off-boarding, file management, and HRIS data entry.
