Description:
We are seeking a versatile a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role combines traditional HR responsibilities with a strong focus on talent acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent.
- Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates
- Managing all onboarding process and end to end recruitment
- Stay updated of all industry trends on recruitment and best practices
- Execute monthly HR reports through key recruitment metrics
- Build recruitment processes that align with the organization’s hiring needs and business goals
- Use applicant tracking systems to automate and streamline hiring processes
- Manage job postings and talent acquisition efforts on platforms such as LinkedIn etc for effective candidate engagement
- Oversee day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and recordkeeping.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and regulations.
- Collaborate with managers to address performance-related issues and implement improvement plans.
Must have:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Master's in HR or related subject
- 1+ year of experience in IT/Software Company
- Exceptional people management, communication, analytical and negotiation skills
