The purpose of the role is to proactively engage with the high-calibre regional talent to ensure exceptional candidate and manager experience and faster time to accept. Being an Ingredion talent ambassador, you will leverage a multi-channel sourcing approach and proactively manage relationships both internally and with the applicants.

Core Responsibilities
Collaboration
- Build productive, collaborative relationships with hiring managers, regional TA Partners and HR business partners.
- Proactively anticipate and resolve issues through effective communication, customer service and management of expectations.
- Participate in global TA projects and initiatives.
Sourcing support
- Provide support in posting JDs, checking and screening applications across both EMEA and APAC.
- Proactively utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter to help with meaningful sourcing activities and market insights reporting across both EMEA and APAC.
E2E recruitment
- Provide full E2E support for junior level open positions across up to 5 core countries across both APAC and EMEA, including Pakistan.
- Engage with internal stakeholders, post positions, review CVs submissions, screen applicants for competence, applicable background and skills, conduct interviews and assess capability and organizational fit.
- Proactively recruit and hunt the best talent and network with active and passive talent pools.
- Ensure data integrity by actively updating the ATS, ensuring consistent ATS utilization & updates meet compliance and business needs as well as HR reporting.
Strategic talent pipelining
- Proactively identify and engage with passive candidates to build strategic talent pool across the region.
- Act as Ingredion ambassador and representing effectively Ingredion Employment Brand.
Qualified Candidates Will Have
Mandatory requirements:
- University Degree
- Recruitment or sourcing experience within a recruitment agency / in-house position
- Demonstrated experience building talent pools across LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS mining, and other external databases and social media platforms
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across several internal customers
- Fluency in English – both written and verbal
- Strong knowledge of MS Office – specifically Excel and Power Point
Desirable Requirements
- Multi-country recruitment experience beyond Pakistan
- Experience building multi-channel sourcing strategies for both individual roles and large-scale hiring efforts
- Experience applying thoughtful logic and market insights to guide hiring managers toward appropriate talent profile
- Experience with ATS systems (Workday)
