• Update on various cost effective recruitment methods to collect CVs ROUP

• Schedule the interviews by keeping in loop the Team Lead HR & OD and Call candidates

for tests and Interviews

• Make sure that maximum candidates are present at the time of tests and interviews

• Responsible to develop the soft CV database and maintain ATS
