Description:
As an HR Intern at UnitFactor, you will gain hands-on experience in various human resource functions, supporting the HR team in daily operations and contributing to strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR management system.
- Assist in drafting HR policies and documentation.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Help in processing payroll and managing benefits administration.
- Assist in the development and execution of training programs.
- Conduct market research on HR best practices and contribute to process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
