Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Sourcing candidates from various Job portals based on the company requirements.
- Advertise job openings on Company’s Careers page, social media, Job boards like Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna-Jobs, Hirect, etc.
- Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees.
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire a quality talent.
- Should have the ability to deliver results in a fast paced & metrics driven environment.
- Recruiting people at all levels for Permanent and Contract hire.
- Responsible for screening to timely closure of required open positions.
- Work closely with management to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position.
Desired Candidate Profile:-
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management (or related field).
- Required 3 Years of relevant experience.
- Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be self-motivated and must possess a good attitude.
- Experience working for a digital marketing firm would be an added advantage.
- Proficient in recruitment software like Zoho Recruit.
