Key Responsibilities:

• Source and engage high-quality candidates for international customer service roles.

• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to match candidates with business needs and company culture.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to align on role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.

• Maintain and update candidate pipelines to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Requirements:

• For Executives: Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.

• For Interns: No experience required—just a keen interest in recruitment!

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a passion for talent acquisition.
