Description:

Nexuz is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to strengthen its recruitment team. The role requires expertise in job postings, resume screening, and candidate pipeline management to ensure efficient hiring processes across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Post jobs, manage job boards, and screen resumes for initial evaluations.
✅ Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records.
✅ Assist in hiring processes for various roles across different departments.
✅ Prior experience in technical hiring is a plus.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
6 months to 1+ year of relevant experience in recruitment.
✔ Strong understanding of hiring processes and talent acquisition strategies.
✔ Ability to handle multiple roles and work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Job Timings & Work Schedule:

📅 Working Days: Monday – Friday
🕐 Timings: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
