• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Develop and manage job postings on various platforms to attract diverse candidates.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for the company culture.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.
