We’re on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition and Operations Intern with a focus on International US Recruitment and People & Culture initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in both talent acquisition and operational support, playing a key role in fostering a positive and dynamic workplace environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Source & Screen Candidates: Utilize Boolean queries and other advanced sourcing techniques for international US recruitment.
- Compliance Expertise: Understand and apply US tax terms and visa types in the recruitment process to ensure compliance.
- Hiring Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to ensure the timely closure of job openings.
- Operational Support: Assist with onboarding processes, maintain employee records, and ensure adherence to People & Culture policies.
- Market Insight: Stay informed on recruitment market trends and provide valuable insights to enhance hiring strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with both the talent acquisition and operations teams to support overall success.
What We’re Looking For:
- Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms, as well as strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy and consistency in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple tasks and pivot quickly in response to changing priorities.
- Eagerness to Learn: A passion for HR, recruitment, and people operations with a strong desire to grow in these areas.
