The City School is looking to fill the position of AM Talent Acquisition & Development at their Regional office in Lahore.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with internal departments for talent acquisition and development needs.
- Leading the entire recruitment process from job posting, shortlisting candidates, and Onboarding. Effective utilization of all recruitment channels and managing company recruitment software.
- Assisting in developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field.
- Maintaining
- Attract, engage, and hire the best candidates by conducting Campus Drives, Job Fairs
- Work with a broad variety of channels with a range of internal and external strategic employer branding communication plans/activities. Advertise TCS employee experience, company culture, diversity, perks, and recruiting
Monitor and evaluate the training programme’s effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them
- Assist in the design and implementation of the training strategy
