System Lead

We're Hiring: System Lead in our Information Technology department

Experience: Minimum 03 years
Qualification: Graduation
Location: Karachi

Responsibilities:
·Configure and manage Windows Server features such as FSRM, DHCP, and DNS; administer users, policies, and system performance for high availability and reliability.
·Administer email systems across local, cloud, and Office365 platforms, ensuring security through firewall configurations, issue resolution, and user support.
·Manage domain hosting and DNS records.
·Lead and mentor the IT support team, providing after-hours support for domestic and international users as required.
·Monitor and maintain the smooth operation of datacenter and UPS systems.
·Manage and oversee VMware environments.
·Configure and maintain NAS/SAN storage solutions.
