𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Graduation/Masters.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: 3 year and 8+ years IT experience.
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: PECHS, Karachi.
𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 (𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲).
𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: 02

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰.          
1) Responsible for handling complex desktop issues, escalated from lower tiers.
2) Good understanding of helpdesk tickets and can perform solely.
3) Good knowledge of server and capability to verify health of server through different tools.
4)Responsible for providing support to high-profile clients’ tickets


𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
•Hands on experience & good knowledge of 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲, 𝐃𝐍𝐒, 𝐃𝐇𝐂𝐏.
•Good understanding of security applications. 𝐕𝐏𝐍 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐥𝐥.
•Experience with 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭 365.
•Experience with 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐮𝐩 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐞𝐬.
•Excellent client handling skills.
Certification required (𝐌𝐂𝐒𝐄, 𝐌𝐂𝐈𝐓𝐏)

- 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 (𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐟, 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞, 𝐊𝐢𝐝𝐬).
- 𝐄𝐎𝐁𝐈.
