System Analyst

Description:

As a System / 𝘽𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝘼𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙮𝙨𝙩, you'll be at the forefront of business transformation, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Your role will involve:

🔸Collaborate with all stakeholders (business users) to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.

🔸Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of weekly / monthly status reports to all appropriate business users / stakeholders.

🔸Efficient business process requirement gathering, gap analysis (as-is, to-be, gap fit) and business requirement vet by stakeholders with proper documentation.

🔸Develop and document business process models and process re-engineering to illustrate the current and future states and requirements.

🔸Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.

🔸Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals.

🔸Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives.

🔸Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.

🔸Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.

🔸Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.

🔷 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

🔹Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance / Computer.

🔹10+ years of extensive experience as Business Analyst.

🔹Experience in generating process documentation and reports.

🔹Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.

🔹Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼 and 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗜.

🔹Proven ability to manage projects, user acceptance test and conference room pilot.

🔹Extensive experience with data visualization and presentation skills.

🔹High proficiency in technical writing.
