System Analyst

Description:

As a System Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing and enhancing the features of our Practice Management System alongside developing requirements for our RPA initiatives aimed at automating medical billing processes. You will act as a crucial link between the billing operations team and the software development team, ensuring seamless communication and the successful implementation of system enhancements and automation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

 Requirements Gathering and Documentation:

Engage with the billing operations team to gather initial requirements, understanding the nuances of medical billing operations to accurately document needs for the software development team.

 Wireframes and Prototypes:

Utilize your expertise in creating wireframes and prototypes to detail enhancements and new features for our Practice Management System, ensuring clear and effective communication of requirements.

 Process Flow Diagrams:

Create detailed process flow diagrams using tools like draw.io to visualize and communicate complex processes within medical billing operations and system enhancements.

 RPA System Requirements:

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop requirements for Robotic Process Automation initiatives aimed at automating key aspects of medical billing operations.

 Liaison Role:

Act as a liaison between the billing operations and software development teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and implemented as intended.

 Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a strong capability for quick learning, adapting to new tools, systems, and processes to continuously improve our operations and system capabilities.

Requirements:

 Minimum 2 years of experience in a system analyst role, preferably with exposure to billing systems or similar complex systems.

 Proficient in creating wireframes, prototypes, and process flow diagrams.

 Proven ability to gather and document requirements effectively.

 Excellent communication skills, with the ability to act as a liaison between non-technical and technical teams.  Quick learning ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.

 Experience working with DevOps teams; project management experience is a plus.

 While experience in medical billing is not required, experience in a similar domain is highly desirable.

 Portfolio submission required, showcasing previous work on system enhancements, wireframes, prototypes, and process flow diagrams.
