Sustainability Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager – Climate, Sustainability & Corporate Affairs to drive our organization’s sustainability initiatives, climate policy engagement, and corporate affairs strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Pakistan’s climate landscape, carbon markets, and sustainability frameworks, along with expertise in stakeholder management and public affairs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement climate and sustainability strategies in alignment with national and international frameworks.
  • Conduct GHG accounting and support carbon finance initiatives.
  • Prepare detailed reports, case studies, and policy briefs related to sustainability and corporate climate strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze Pakistan’s climate policies, carbon markets, and regulatory developments.
  • Engage with government agencies, policymakers, think tanks, and industry stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives.
  • Represent the organization at climate and sustainability forums, delivering high-impact presentations.

 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Master’s degree in Environmental Management, Public Policy, Sustainable Development, Environmental Economics, or Public Administration.
  • Candidates with a Master’s in Business Administration, Management Sciences, or Finance will be considered if they possess relevant experience.
  • Experience: 3–4 years in a think tank, research center, or consulting firm within the climate or development sector.
  • Strong understanding of Pakistan’s climate policies, carbon finance, and sustainability reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience in public affairs, stakeholder engagement, and corporate sustainability initiatives.
