Sustainability Manager

Chromatic is seeking a motivated Sustainability Manager in Karachi to spearhead networking efforts and lead CSR initiatives, fostering sustainable growth in communities through impactful partnerships and stakeholder engagement.

Job responsibilities include:

- Conducting comprehensive landscape analysis to identify opportunities and understand corporate client needs.

- Fostering and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive sustainable growth.

- Developing and executing sustainability initiatives, ensuring they integrate seamlessly into our operations and contribute to our long-term sustainability goals.

- Engage with stakeholders and build partnerships to communicate organizational sustainability commitments and encourage collective action.

- Cultivating and managing mutually beneficial collaborations with corporate entities to support CSR initiatives.

- Staying updated about evolving regulations, industry trends, and best sustainability practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

- Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of environmental consciousness, and to develop persuasive presentations that effectively convey the organization's mission and goals.

- Providing operational support to the Business Development team to ensure organizational success.

The ideal candidate must exhibit:

- Demonstrated passion for sustainability, social responsibility, and community impact, with working knowledge in public health and climate change domains.

- Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks and standards such as SDGs and UNGC.

- An active, partnership-driven approach aimed at broadening the network of supporters and collaborators.

- Proven ability to generate positive outcomes by growing support from current stakeholders and attracting new ones.

- Excellent written communication skills, strong networking abilities, and proficiency in public speaking.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics related to sustainability performance.
