Yellow Advertisers is seeking a Support Call Agent to join their team. The role involves managing responses to social media ad campaigns, confirming appointments, and addressing client inquiries. While previous sales experience is a bonus, it is not the primary responsibility. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a detail-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle responses from social media ads by calling potential clients.
Confirm appointments and bookings over the phone.
Address client inquiries in a polite and efficient manner.
Maintain punctuality and accurate records of all interactions.
Requirements:
Fluent in English with excellent accent and communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to resolve client queries effectively.
Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Previous experience in sales is a bonus but not mandatory.
