Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karachi Division. As a Support and Upsell associate, you will be the primary point of contact for clients who have inquiries about our digital services. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable recommendations based on their requirements, and actively upsell additional services where appropriate. Other responsibilities include handling customer requests, resolving customer concerns and complaints, providing product and service information, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Customer-oriented, with a positive attitude towards customer service
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales support; experience working in a digital service environment is a plus
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana is highly desirable
