Description:
As a Functional Lead Role, you utilize your in-depth Business Analysis skills and industry knowledge to design Dynamics 365 Supply Chain based solutions to solve complex business problems. You will be primarily focused on leveraging your experience to design and implement Dynamics 365 Supply Chain solutions on complex projects in medium to large enterprises.
This is a hybrid role and preference will be given to candidates in Islamabad or Karachi. If this role requires travel outside of your home city, accommodations and reimbursement will be provided accordingly.
Must have
- Experience managing/leading teams.
- The candidate should have over 5 years of Dynamics 365 functional experience in Supply Chain
- Understand how to build and maintain positive client and peer relationships
- Excellent customer-facing skills, able to communicate at all levels of an organization
- Demonstrate strong analytical, communication (written and verbal), and problem-solving skills
- Experienced in preparing and leading workshops with key stakeholders
- Should have a positive and can-do approach
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certified in Supply Chain Management (SCM)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a combination of related experience and education.
- Over 5 years of Dynamics 365 experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM).
- Strong project management skills with effective results focus.
- Expertise in writing functional specifications, gap documents, and training materials.
- Ability to wear multiple hats on a project ranging from Business Analysis, Design, Testing, and Training.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage to change priorities
- Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment, in a high-pressure on-call environment with changing priorities
- Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours
