Role Overview:
We are seeking an Operations & Supply Chain Excellence Manager to join our team in Peshawar and/or Mardan. This full-time, on-site role will focus on consulting and executing strategies in demand planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and overall operational efficiency. You will work closely with stakeholders to implement streamlined processes and supply chain systems that deliver excellence and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze supply chain data and optimize processes to improve performance.

• Design and manage inventory strategies aligned with business needs.

• Lead demand planning and supply management strategies.

• Oversee procurement plans and ensure alignment with operational goals.

• Implement efficient planning and logistics models.

• Offer consulting support on sales and distribution channels, market trends, and operational strategies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best-in-class supply chain practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in operations excellence, ideally in a B2C manufacturing setup.

• Strong skills in demand planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics.

• Solid understanding of market dynamics, sales, and distribution models.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.

• Experience in digital services industry is a plus.

Compensation & Work Details:

• Salary: Rs. 75000–100000/month + benefits (or market competitive based on experience).

• Location: Peshawar & Mardan (rotational basis).

• Work Days: 6 days per week.
