Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage strong business relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication in high-performance environments.
  • Manage client expectations and provide feedback.
  • Deliver exceptional outcomes that meet senior stakeholder requirements while safeguarding Algo’s commercial interests.
  • Oversee inventory management and coordinate with suppliers and retailers for core ranges, new releases, and promotional orders.
  • Ensure service excellence in managing various accounts and categories.
  • Execute effective demand planning with long-term forecasting.
  • Keep process documents for categories, vendors, and retailers updated and accurate.

Qualifications Needed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/commerce.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, with expertise in inventory management and demand planning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English literacy (written and verbal).
