Sohail University is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Supervisor for Student Affairs to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong management and leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to handle stress while maintaining a customer-oriented approach. This role involves overseeing various aspects of student services, ensuring a supportive and enriching environment for our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Student Affairs department.
- Provide leadership and guidance to Student Affairs staff.
- Develop and implement programs and services that support student engagement and success.
- Manage student records and ensure compliance with university policies.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for student inquiries and concerns.
- Coordinate and facilitate student events, workshops, and activities.
- Collaborate with other university departments to enhance student services.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of student programs and services.
- Handle disciplinary matters and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets and reports.
