We are seeking a passionate and driven Summer Intern to join our Sales and Marketing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing strategies, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will support our sales initiatives and contribute to the development and implementation of marketing campaigns. This position offers an incentive-based salary with a 10% commission on all sales generated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels (e.g., cold calling, email campaigns, social media).
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that can be leveraged in sales and marketing strategies.
- Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, and email newsletters.
- Engage with potential and existing customers to build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns.
- Track and report on sales performance, market feedback, and campaign effectiveness.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement in sales and marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales and marketing with a basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with social media platforms.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
