Student Recruitment Officer

Description:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Student Recruitment Officer UK to join our team at IES Pakistan. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting students with their university applications, course selections, and other related processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of international education systems, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized counselling to students and parents regarding international university and course choices, application procedures, and entry requirements.

Assist students with the entire application process, including preparing personal statements, compiling application documents, and meeting deadlines.

Stay informed about the latest developments in international education, including university admissions criteria, scholarship opportunities, and visa regulations.

Support students with visa applications and other related administrative processes.

Keep detailed records of student interactions and track application progress.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous.

Relevant 2 Years of experience in educational consultancy, admissions processing, or a similar field, particularly with international institutions.

Strong understanding of international education systems, including admission processing and visa requirements.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Proficiency in Gmail, Google Sheets and Study Portals is a plus.

Fluency in English and Urdu; additional languages are a plus.
