Key Responsibilities:
🎓 Identify and actively engage with potential students and parents who could benefit from Tutor Tinker’s online and onsite tutoring services.
📢 Promote Tutor Tinker’s educational programs through multiple channels including social media, referral networks, online communities, and personal/professional contacts.
🤝 Guide students and parents through the enrollment process, addressing any concerns and providing clear information about courses, fees, and schedules.
📝 Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and successful enrollments to track progress and optimize future outreach.
💡 Collaborate with the marketing team to improve enrollment strategies, sharing insights from your interactions with students and parents.

Requirements:
✅ Experience in student recruitment, sales, or customer service is highly preferred.
✅ Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the confidence to engage potential students and parents directly.
✅ Self-motivated with a goal-driven mindset, capable of meeting or exceeding enrollment targets.
