Student Counselor

Description:

We are looking for a compassionate and results-driven Student Counselor to provide guidance and support to students in achieving their academic and career goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of educational systems, and the ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds.

*Responsibilities:*

- Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to students, exploring their academic and career aspirations
- Conduct assessments to identify students' strengths, weaknesses, and interests
- Develop personalized education plans, recommending suitable courses and institutions
- Stay up-to-date with educational trends, institutions, and scholarship opportunities
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, and universities to facilitate student placements
- Meet sales targets while maintaining ethical counseling practices
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our services and events

*Requirements:*

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Proven experience in student counseling
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong knowledge of educational systems, institutions, and scholarship opportunities
- Fluency in English and Urdu (additional languages a plus)
