Student Counselor

Description:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Student Counselor to join our dynamic team at our Karachi head office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education consultancy, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the admission requirements for universities in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Malta, Turkey, and Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personalized counseling to students and their families regarding study abroad options and academic pathways.
• Stay updated on admission requirements, scholarship opportunities, and visa processes for various international destinations.
• Conduct informative sessions and workshops to educate students about overseas education opportunities.
• Assist students in preparing application materials, including personal statements and CVs.
• Liaise with universities and educational institutions to facilitate student placements.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for outreach and engagement with prospective students.
Qualifications:
• Candidate at least have a bachelor degree or 16 years of education.
• 2-3 years of experience in student counseling or education consultancy.
• Strong understanding of the education systems and admission processes in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Malta, Turkey, and Germany.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with student management software.
