Responsibilities:

 

Team Leadership:

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and individual growth.

 

Sales and Customer Service:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze sales trends, identify growth opportunities, and implement effective merchandising strategies.

 

Operational Management:

  • Oversee inventory management, including regular stock assessments, ordering, and replenishment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Monitor and manage operational expenses to achieve financial targets.

 

Visual Merchandising:

  • Coordinate the layout and visual presentation of merchandise to maximize sales and create an appealing shopping environment.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.

 

Financial Management:

  • Prepare and analyze sales and financial reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and manage budgets, making informed decisions to optimize profitability.

 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in retail management.
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
  • Understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and merchandising principles.
