Team Leadership:

Sales and Customer Service:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze sales trends, identify growth opportunities, and implement effective merchandising strategies.
Operational Management:
- Oversee inventory management, including regular stock assessments, ordering, and replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Monitor and manage operational expenses to achieve financial targets.
Visual Merchandising:
- Coordinate the layout and visual presentation of merchandise to maximize sales and create an appealing shopping environment.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
Financial Management:
- Prepare and analyze sales and financial reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and manage budgets, making informed decisions to optimize profitability.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in retail management.
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
- Understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and merchandising principles.
