Description:
We are looking for an experienced STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in STEAM education with a passion for teaching and developing innovative, hands-on learning experiences for students of all ages.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver high-quality STEAM education programs for students of all ages and backgrounds.
• Create engaging, interactive, and challenging lessons in Robotic classes.
• Train students through a project-based learning environment.
• Use innovative and creative teaching methods to inspire and motivate students to pursue STEAM-related careers.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in STEAM education, and incorporate new knowledge into robotic classes.
• Manage program resources and equipment to ensure efficient and effective delivery of programs.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and achievements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a STEAM-related field (e.g., science, technology, engineering, mathematics, arts, education).
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in STEAM education or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering innovative, hands-on STEAM education programs.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and inspiring students to pursue STEAM-related careers.
• Ability to work collaboratively with program coordinators and other team members.
• Familiarity with STEAM-related software, tools, and equipment.
• Experience working with diverse student populations.
Islamabad or nearby residents are preferred.
