Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient web applications using the T3 Stack (TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, tRPC, Next.js, Prisma).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into high-quality, functional applications.
- Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security.
- Develop and maintain APIs, ensuring seamless integration with frontend and backend systems.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices in coding and architecture.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in web development, with a strong focus on the T3 Stack.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and a solid understanding of JavaScript fundamentals.
- Experience with Tailwind CSS for creating responsive and modern UI designs.
- Strong knowledge of tRPC and its integration for seamless API development.
- Hands-on experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and dynamic routing.
- Expertise in Prisma for efficient and type-safe database management.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices.
