Position Overview:

We are in search of a passionate and results-oriented Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Engineer at Robox Power (pvt) Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our exceptional solar energy services and solutions to potential clients across Pakistan. Your responsibilities will encompass understanding clients' energy needs, educating them on the advantages of solar power, and delivering customized solar solutions that align seamlessly with their objectives and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and stay abreast of industry trends.
• Cultivate and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and diligent follow-ups.
• Assess the energy requirements of clients and develop tailored solar solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, including system designs and transparent cost estimates.
• Collaborate closely with our proficient engineering and project management teams to ensure the successful execution of solar projects.
• Remain updated on the latest solar industry advancements, government incentives, and regulatory changes.
• Strive to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, particularly within the solar energy or renewable energy sector.
• Robust technical knowledge of solar power systems and related equipment.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• A track record of achieving or surpassing sales goals.
• The capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design tools like sketchup, hellioscope or PVsyst, etc.
• Willingness to travel within Pakistan.
