Job Description:
As an SEO executive, you will be responsible for:
- Planning, implementing, and monitoring SEO strategies for multiple accounts in various industries, especially local area services based in the US market.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, web development, and design, to integrate SEO best practices into all aspects of digital marketing campaigns.
- Conducting SEO audits, technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and local SEO using various SEO tools and techniques
- Performing keyword research, content optimization, and link building strategies to improve organic rankings and conversions
- Recommend changes to site architecture, content, internal linking and other factors to improve SEO results for target keywords
- Analyzing and reporting on SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools
- Staying updated with the latest SEO trends, best practices, algorithms, and ranking factors
- Communicating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure SEO goals and expectations are met.
Person Specifications:
To be an ideal candidate for SEO executive position, you should have:
- 2-3 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in an agency environment
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, algorithms, and ranking factors
- Should have strong command on technical expects on the page such as Alt tags, Title tag, Anchor text, Meta Tags, Keyword Research, Image Optimization, Content Optimization, Sitemap, HTML Validation as per W3C standards. etc.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Keyword Planner, SemRush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- Must be familiar with Schema markup and structured data codes.
- Experience in conducting SEO audits, and building reports.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Must have excellent English writing skills for the global audience
- A keen eye for detail and a creative mindset
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, or related field
