Things you’ll do
- Deliver regular improvements: You’ll continuously improve our products through fast iterations to interactions, flows, visual design, along with the delivery of new features.
- Speak with customers: You’ll have direct contact with customers. Through direct conversations and slack groups, you’ll understand needs, share concepts, and turn feedback into action.
- Validate new features: You’ll drive getting feedback on new product and feature ideas to help the team narrow in on the best path forward.
- Lead your team: You’ll collaborate with product managers and engineering leaders to guide your team and ensure consistent execution.
- Collaborate with other designers: You’ll work with the other Workflow Editor designers to design for the seams that fall between teams. You’ll work with them to make the whole experience exceptional.
- Design systems: You’ll work within our design system, pushing its bounds where needed to get the intended experience outcomes.
