Sr. Manager Business Development

Description:

•Keep track and benchmark competition with respect to new products being brought in Pakistan and in relevant lead geographies.

•Hunt and evaluate opportunities for Innovation for Company Life under the “Consumer Products” product range.

•Work together with Marketing to create roadmap for Innovation and lock 2 year Innovation plan.

•Support Regulatory in the registration process for new product in relevant Regulatory Authority (whether DRAP, PSQCA or Provincial Food Authority, etc.) for Pakistan. Similarly for international countries, work out requirements for relevant regulatory bodies.

•Support Regulatory in preparing Dossier, product tool kit for launch in lead country and for rest of markets.

•Develop nutritional claims for the consumer products and ensure they pass through the compliance process.

•Run Project Review Meetings with Company R&D and SC to plan, monitor and track the New Product Development Process, up to launch.

•Initiating, running and monitoring all Trials, Consumer Research, Clinical and Storage Studies as part of the Development Process, ensuring First Time Right delivery off all innovations.
