Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition Support: Design high-impact visuals for proposals, presentations, and marketing materials that communicate our agency's capabilities and value proposition to potential clients.
- Digital Marketing Campaigns: Create engaging graphics for digital marketing campaigns, including social media ads, email newsletters, web banners, and landing pages.
- Brand Development: Maintain and evolve the visual identity of our agency, ensuring consistency across all marketing and sales materials.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and account management teams to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visual designs.
- Market Research: Stay updated with the latest design trends, digital marketing best practices, and competitor activities to inform and improve design strategies.
- Innovation: Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve design processes and outcomes. Propose new ideas to enhance our visual communication and marketing efforts.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work within deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in digital marketing and client acquisition.
- Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Experience with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and an understanding of online marketing strategies.
- Creativity: Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to create visually appealing and effective designs that drive engagement and conversions.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus. Ability to optimize designs for various digital formats and devices.
- Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to effectively present ideas and work in a team environment.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and a commitment to producing top-quality work.
