Description:
This is a hybrid role and preference will be given to candidates in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Lahore, and Karachi. If this role requires travel outside of your home city, accommodations and reimbursement will be provided accordingly.
Essential Functions:
- Support the end-to-end delivery of D365 F&O projects (ex. analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment)
- Analyze clients' goals and implement the best Microsoft Dynamics solutions to transform their existing business processes
- Work with internal and client teams to gather requirements, determine expectations, and execute deliverables
- Ensure quality of the deliverables produced through completing system and functional testing
- Identify and communicate important findings to senior management and client personnel
- Work with the technical team to ensure that Finance and Supply Chain are incorporated into the specifications and functions
- Write technical procedures and documentation for different applications (ex. operations, user guide, etc.)
- Provide post-deployment support for end-users
- Proactively complete pre-sales activities such as solution estimations and client presentations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a combination of related experience and education
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant with Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O or Commerce/Retail implementation and D365 Development experience
- Experience working on functional designs, configurations, and process alignments with a strong background in Financial concepts and general module functionalities
- Demonstrates excellent foundational consulting skills (ex. Analytical know-how, written and verbal communication, and team participation) with strong client services orientation
- Hands-on experience in D365 Finance, Supply Chain, Commerce/Retail, or D365 Development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong business knowledge and people management skills; accustomed to taking an active role in executing projects
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a high-pressure on-call environment
- Able to meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities
- Willingness to work occasionally outside of regular business hours
