Description:
As a Sr. Digital Marketing Manager, you will assume an integral role in creating brand awareness, initiating and executing promotional marketing strategies and managing a team of well-rounded marketing professionals to oversee all aspects of the marketing function.
Job Description:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, PPC campaigns, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Lead and manage the daily operations within the marketing department to ensure the team hits all their goals.
- Create content for landing pages, product launch campaigns and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain and improve the RepairDesk website, ensuring it has up-to-date content and is optimized for lead generation
- Define and track KPIs against marketing activities to measure the success rates in generating effective ROI.
- Utilize CRM and email marketing tools to manage data and customer interactions.
- Keep abreast of the current marketing trends to continuously refine and improve marketing strategies based on performance data and marketing changes.
- Working closely with Sales Leaders and Marketing Team to execute campaigns that align with the company’s business goals (updated quarterly).
- Monitor and guide the performance of the marketing team, ensuring that the practical implementation of all marketing efforts contribute to the overall success and growth of the company.
Job requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing or a related field, ideally at a SaaS company
- Must have experience with content creation
- Deep understanding of the marketing activities in SaaS industries.
- Inclination towards, or ideally prior experience in, working with start-up companies with respect to the pace of work and implementation of strategies.
